Account Deletion Guide and User Data Deletion Request
1. Account Deletion Operation Path (Game Data Deletion)
Users can perform account deletion operations through the following path:
Game Interface → Avatar → Basic → Account → Settings → Click “Confirm Deletion”.
After the user completes the deletion confirmation, the system will process personal information and account data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Once the deletion operation is completed, it cannot be recovered.
2. Account Deletion Guide (Game Data Deletion)
Article 1 Purpose
This announcement aims to clearly explain to users how personal information and game data are processed and their impact after using the in-game “Delete Account” function.
Article 2 Processing Matters During Account Deletion
- After a user submits an account deletion application, all game data related to that account will be deleted in an irrecoverable manner.
- The deleted content includes game progress, purchase records, in-game currency, mail, friend list, character data, and all other data related to the account, but is not limited to these.
- According to regulations and legal requirements, some information may continue to be retained for a limited period of time in accordance with the law.
Article 3 Account Deletion Application Procedure
- Users can click the “Delete Account” button in the settings menu to begin the deletion process. To confirm the user's consent, the company may require the user to enter "Confirm Account Deletion" or similar text.
- After the user completes the confirmation step and logs out, the account deletion process will officially begin.
Article 4 Effectiveness of Account Deletion
- Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Even if the user reconnects to the game using the same login method, the deleted account data cannot be recovered.
- The user shall bear all losses incurred due to account deletion, and the company shall not be liable for any such losses.
Article 5 User Responsibility
- Before submitting a deletion request, users must confirm all purchases, rewards, eligibility for participation in activities, and other related matters.
- After account deletion, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Matters not explicitly stated in this announcement will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the company's "Personal Information Protection Policy" and "Personal Information Processing Policy."
